Tell us the date, and how many
That is genuinely enough to start with. Everything else — what it comes to, how much notice it needs, how it reaches you — we work out in the reply.
The number takes messages as well as calls, and a message is usually faster — the person who answers it is often standing over a pot.
- The date, and whether it can move.
- Roughly how many people are eating.
- What it is for — a birthday, a wake, a Novruz table, an office.
- Anything the room cannot eat.
- Where you are, so we can talk about getting it to you.
This is a kitchen rather than a counter, so there is no door to publish and nothing to walk into. Where and how an order reaches you is part of the same conversation.
Everything is made in one kitchen, alongside nuts, dairy, eggs and wheat — so if there is an allergy at the table, say so in the first message rather than the last.
A reply, a price, then a date in the book
Nothing you send here commits you to anything. We write back with what we can make and what it costs, and it is only an order once you have read that and said yes.

- 02We write back
- 03It gets cooked for your day
